The aims of this group are coached competitive swimming and training. Swimmers in this group are able to enter Eastbourne Swimming Club Championship events, and be selected to represent the club at competitions and Open Meets. The coaches will work with the swimmers to achieve Sussex County Qualification times.

The end goal for Junior Squad is to have reached Sussex County Qualification times and have competitive swim times shown on Swim England Rankings. Once achieved the coaches will assess each swimmer for movement to Squad the next competitive squad in the ESC development programme.
