Parent Liaison Officers

The club has two dedicated Parent Liaison Officers. For Elite Squad Le-anne Willmott and for Squad Bex McDougall. Their role is to be the contact point between the coaches and Welfare Officer at Eastbourne Swimming Club. All questions relating to training, competition, discipline, and all general questions relating to Elite Squad and Squad should in the first instance be discussed with the Parent Liaison Officers. Where applicable answers will be given or advice sought and feedback provided. The parent Liaison Officers are fully supported by the Clubs Welfare Officer who will provide higher level support to all cases where applicable.
