Qualifications: BSc Sports Science. Swim England Level 1 and 2 coach. Swim England Level 1 and 2 Teacher. I have been involved with ESC for some 40 years and swam for the club at County Regional and National level both short and long course and as a Masters swimmer I represented the club and Sussex and still hold several club and Sussex Masters records for Breaststroke. As a coach I have worked with swimmers up to and including National level and currently coach the clubs Squad working with our younger age groups to reach County and Regional qualification.

Qualifications: UKCC/ASA Level 3 Performance Coach, Swim England Level 2 Teacher. I’m a Level 3 performance swimming coach with over a decade of experience in teaching and coaching swimming. I’ve helped develop swimmers in every age group from mother and baby groups through to the eldest of masters across the world. I’m also a Level 2 gym instructor and a keen gym user when I’m away from the pool.

Qualifications: NVQ level 3 in coaching Aquatics, Swim England Level 2 teacher. I have been a member of ESC since the age of 7 and started coaching at 18 years of age with ESC. Over 35 years of teaching and coaching. As a swimmer I compete for the Club and County and hold a number of Masters County records. In 2014 I became British 50m Backstroke National Champion. I have also competed at the European Swimming Championships. I also compete in Surf Lifesaving at National and International events and hold a number of British Masters records in Lifesaving. I am keen to help everyone achieve their personal goals. The Master section welcome swimmers who want to swim for fitness, stroke development, competitions and for Triathlons.

Qualifications: Swim England Level 2 teacher. Swim England level 2 Coach. I'm a father of 3 lovely children. Started my life out as a rugby player, playing for Eastbourne, Sussex and then to trials and youth development training camps at London Irish & Saracens. Finally achieving my dream of playing professional rugby at Twickenham. Through love of sport I became a swimming coach. I used to be where you are now, watching my children at swimming lessons at hydroschool. With Hydroschools help I went from parent to volunteer, to Swimming Teacher and now for the last few years a Swim England Level 2 swimming coach. I enjoy teaching people of all ages. Swimming is now a passion and all I want to do is share my knowledge and help others learn to swim

Qualifications: Swim England Level 2 teacher and Swim England Level 2 Coach I am passionate about all sports, especially swimming. I am an ex national level swimmer moving from competitor to swimming teacher and then to coaching. As Head Teacher at ESC I have responsibility for the Improvers groups and regularly assist and coach the clubs competitive squads. My swimming coaching goals are simple, to help the swimmers to become the best they can be in the water and enjoy swimming, life and sport.

I have been a competitive swimmer for nearly 20 years and currently hold multiple Masters county titles and records. I am a qualified ASA Level 2 Coach, ASA Level 1 Official, and BSc Sports Science graduate. I have coached swimming for over 5 years at Eastbourne Swimming Club. I find the experience of seeing swimmers optimising their swimming and maximising their potential hugely rewarding.
