Improvers
Following on from our Learn to Swim groups we move onto the Improvers groups. The aims of these groups are to develop and fine tune all four swimming strokes and begin learning dives and starts. Swimmers in these groups can then also begin to enter Eastbourne Swimming Club Club Championship competitive events and be selected for the clubs competitive teams if they wish to head toward competitive swimming.
Improvers groups work towards Swim England Stage Awards as follows:
Improvers 1 – Swim England Stage 5 and 6
Improvers 2 – Swim England Stage 6 and 7
Improvers 3 – Swim England Stage 7
