Squad is the second of the clubs competitive squads and swimmers entering are required to have been assessed by the clubs coaches, be a competing swimmer, be able to show swim times on Swim England rankings and ideally have reached Sussex County qualification times (unless agreed with the clubs coaches in advance). Swimmers are working toward  Sussex County and Regional qualification times.

wimmers are expected to train a minimum of three evening swim sessions per week (Please note this does not include the morning sessions and Land Training which are additional sessions) and be competing regularly at Sussex Counties,  Club Championships, Open meets and for the clubs teams when selected to remain in this squad.
